Beta draft — under legal review.
Flockie is in a private beta on a test network. This document is a working draft that is being reviewed by legal counsel and may change before public launch. Details marked “to be confirmed” are still being finalised. It isn’t legal advice.

01The rule#
Money on Flockie is never consideration for sexual, intimate or romantic conduct, company, or time.
Flockie is a timed social-discovery experience. Opening a Drop funds a reward pool that the Explorer allocates after the 72-hour experience, at their sole discretion. An extension adds 12 hours to a conversation only if the other person accepts. Neither is a price for a person, a reply, a date, a meeting, or any act — and nobody may treat them as one. The one place Flockie has paid time is a short professional networking meeting at a registered Event, booked, priced and held in escrow in the app (see the Terms, section 4). It exists only at Events, never in Dating or Friends, and it is never payment for a date, company, or any romantic, sexual or intimate conduct. Using it that way, or arranging any other paid meeting, breaks this policy.
Flockie is designed so that it can’t be used as a marketplace for people: there are no personal rates, no service menus, no custom paid requests, no bidding, no tipping, no “available tonight” filters, and allocations are decided only after conversations end. This policy exists so that no one tries to bend it into one.
02What is prohibited#
On Flockie, in your profile, in any conversation, and in anything you send to someone you met here, you must not offer, request, advertise, arrange, facilitate or promote:
- Prostitution or escort services, including soliciting or advertising them.
- “Sugar” arrangements in which money, allowance, gifts or support is consideration for sexual or intimate conduct, company, or a relationship.
- Pay-for-date or pay-for-meet offers — money, rewards, gifts or anything of value in exchange for a date, a meeting, a call, or time together.
- Sexual acts in exchange for money, tokens, crypto, gifts or anything else of value, whether offered or requested.
- Trafficking — recruiting, harbouring, transporting, providing or obtaining a person for commercial sex or forced labour, or profiting from it.
- Coercion — pressuring, threatening, deceiving or controlling anyone into sexual conduct or into taking part on Flockie.
- Anything involving minors — any sexual content, contact, or solicitation involving anyone under 18.
- Pimping or procuring — managing, booking, advertising or profiting from another person’s sexual services.
- Commercial sexual content — selling or promoting nudes, custom content, subscriptions, or links to adult-content accounts.
- Sexual-service advertising — menus, rates, “incall” or “outcall”, hotel or “available now” offers, or coded equivalents.
- Payment addresses, handles or links used to solicit — sharing a wallet address, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or similar handle, a payment link, or a gift-card request as part of any offer or request covered by this policy.
- Evading moderation — spacing, symbols, misspellings, emoji, images, or moving the conversation elsewhere to get around this policy.
03Money and the platform’s own mechanics#
These rules apply to the reward pool, extensions and Keeps:
- No rates. No one may set or suggest a personal rate — hourly, per message, per meeting, per date, or for any act.
- No conditions. No one may make replying, continuing a conversation, accepting an extension, Keeping someone, or meeting in person conditional on a payment or an allocation.
- No demands or negotiation. Participants may not ask for, demand, negotiate or bargain over a reward allocation. Explorers may not promise or imply an allocation in exchange for anything.
- Extensions are more time to talk, nothing more. An extension request is a request for 12 more hours of conversation that the other person is free to decline. It is never “buying” anyone’s time.
- No off-platform payments. Don’t direct anyone to pay, or ask to be paid, outside Flockie in connection with a conversation.
04Payment addresses and handles#
Sharing a wallet address or a payment handle isn’t automatically a violation — people talk about money in ordinary ways. But because payment details are a common signal of solicitation and scams:
- Our screening risk-scores wallet addresses, payment handles, payment links and gift-card mentions. On their own they may be delivered and flagged for review; combined with sexual, service or meeting language they are held or blocked.
- Messages from new accounts that include payment details get extra scrutiny.
- Our advice: don’t share payment details with people you’ve just met, and never send money to anyone you met on Flockie. If someone asks you for money, report it.
05How we detect it#
- Screening before delivery. Every message is checked before it reaches the other person. Our screening understands context, not just keywords: it looks at combinations such as a price plus a sexual act, “per hour” plus a meeting, or “send X and I’ll…”, and it sees through common disguises (spaced-out letters, look-alike characters, emoji substitutions, stretched words).
- Graduated outcomes. Clear solicitation is blocked. Likely solicitation is held for a moderator and not delivered unless cleared. Borderline messages are delivered but flagged for review. Innocent uses of the same words (“the police escorted him out”, “I paid $5 for coffee”) are allowed.
- Reports. Members can report “Sexual solicitation or paid sexual service” in two taps. It’s treated as a severe (P1) report and reviewed within hours.
- Human review. Trained moderators review held messages, flags and reports, and correct the system when it gets something wrong. Automated screening can hold content or briefly pause an account pending review, but a person makes every serious and lasting decision.
- Patterns. We look for repeated attempts, linked accounts, and ban evasion.
06Enforcement#
When we find a violation of this policy, we may:
- block or remove the content;
- preserve evidence and freeze the conversation;
- pause the account’s messaging, matching and payments pending review;
- ban the account permanently — our usual outcome for solicitation, sexual-service advertising, trafficking, coercion, anything involving minors, and ban evasion;
- exclude a removed participant from reward allocations (their share goes to the other participants), under the Terms of Service, section 16;
- refer the matter to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
You can appeal an action from the Safety center within 30 days, as described in the Community Standards.
07Cooperation with law enforcement#
- Evidence preservation. Serious reports under this policy automatically place the relevant evidence under legal hold, beyond our normal retention periods.
- Mandatory reporting. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority as the law requires. Other mandatory reporting obligations by jurisdiction (to be confirmed)
- Emergencies. Where we believe in good faith that someone faces an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, we may disclose information to the authorities without waiting for legal process.
- Legal requests. We respond to valid legal process. Law-enforcement agencies should send requests to hello@findflockie.com. Requests are handled only by our safety lead and counsel, and every request and response is logged. Law-enforcement response guidelines, user-notice policy and transparency reporting (to be confirmed)
08Promoting Flockie#
Anyone who talks about Flockie publicly — members, creators, partners and our own team — must never describe it as a way to make money from conversations, to pay for attention, dates or company, or as “paid dating” or a “companionship marketplace”, or use any sexualised equivalent. Flockie is timed social discovery with a user-funded participation reward pool. We may remove accounts, and end partnerships, that promote Flockie otherwise.
09Report it#
If anyone offers, asks for or hints at anything in this policy, report them from the chat menu or their profile — choose Sexual solicitation or paid sexual service. It’s free, confidential and immediate, and you can block them in the same step. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first. For anything else, email hello@findflockie.com.
